Island Honda began operation in 1975, when the very first Honda Accord CVCC Hatchback sold for only $2995! We sell new Honda vehicles and cherry-picked, pristine factory-certified used Hondas. We also provide parts, maintenance and repair for Honda owners, independent shops, body shops and other dealerships.
Should you buy or lease? We can help you determine that, given your vehicle usage profile, financial situation and car care habits. Should you get a new or used Honda? We can make suggestions with regard to that, too. What we have found is that there are many people who assume that a new Honda sells for more than a used one, and purchase a used Honda elsewhere, only to find that they could have bought a new one – or a factory certified used one - for less here! Those “elsewheres” are counting on you not checking with us before making a used Honda purchase!
Our sales system is different from most other dealerships. We prefer a no-pressure process rather than the liner/closer or “T.O.” process that is more prevalent in the industry. In other words, we won’t throw you in a room with the “closer from hell” once negotiations begin! That probably explains why so much of our business comes from “repeats” and referrals!
Our facility is spacious, comfortable and kid-friendly. Kids just love the play areas in the showroom and service lounge areas, and their parents appreciate them too! New owner clinics, held once a month, are also a favorite with the adults.
